This is a recipe for an adult s’mores.
Graham crackers, marshmallow, and Hershey’s chocolate….duh.
Small details: you want the mini marshmallows and you want Hershey’s milk chocolate morsels.
You need about 8 small baking dishes, but I have also made this in one big baking dish.
Take one pack (from the box) of Graham crackers and throw them in a food processor until they are crumbs. Divide them between the 8 dishes evenly. Melt butter and add to each dish with graham crackers (just enough to moisten and form a crust). With a spoon press graham cracker mixture to the bottom of each dish. You can also use a premade Graham cracker crust. Dump in Hershey morsels. Top with mini marshmallows. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Or until marshmallows start to Brown. Keep a close eye on them in the oven.
Voila! You have yourself a delicious mess free s’mores. Although the classic s’mores will always be my favorite.
